Gainsight Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Gainsight as the hands-on technical administrator, ensuring the platform
• Configure and maintain C360/R360 layouts, Scorecards and health models, CTAs, Playbooks, and
• Automate workflows using Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, and troubleshoot rule and data-load
• Configure and tune Gainsight AI features such as Copilot prompts, Key Definitions, and Skills for
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and end users
• Manage data and integrations using Data Designer, Salesforce, and Snowflake integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Customer Experience or Customer Success Operations, Systems Administration, or Revenue
• Deep, hands-on expertise across Rules Engine, Data Designer, C360/R360, Scorecards and health
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and the Gainsight and Salesforce integration
• Proven ability to translate shaped requirements into scalable, well-documented system configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-quality and governance
• Clear communication skills and strong written and verbal English
