• Configure, deploy, and administer dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
• Build Salesforce dashboards for CS leadership and ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on Gainsight admin experience.
• Ownership of health scoring, C360, and playbooks/CTAs.
• Strong CS Ops fundamentals; data-driven engagement.
• Able to gather ambiguous requirements into scalable config.
• Clear communicator across teams; strong ownership mindset.
• Preferred: Gainsight Administrator certification.
