Game Designer Intern

📋 Description

• Design and document gameplay features, game systems, levels, and player experiences
• Create and adapt gameplay content, concepts, and level layouts based on project needs
• Research market trends, player behaviors, and game mechanics to improve game quality
• Collaborate with Producers, Artists, and Programmers to implement design vision
• Identify gameplay issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of game design principles, game mechanics, level design, and UI/UX
• Knowledge of mobile, PC, and console gaming markets and player behaviors
• Understanding of monetization strategies, player retention, and reward systems
• Ability to balance game systems and gameplay experiences
• Basic programming knowledge to understand scripts and technical constraints
• Photoshop skills for mockups, UI concepts, and design proposals
