Game Developer-Console Porting

📋 Description

• Port and adapt existing indie-developed games for PlayStation and Xbox, ensuring they meet
• Develop and implement gameplay features, mechanics, interactive experiences, and other technical
• Work with GameMaker Studio 2, Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar game development platforms to build
• Translate game concepts and technical requirements into functional, engaging, and reliable gameplay
• Write clean, maintainable, structured code and contribute effectively to existing codebases created
• Debug, test, and resolve gameplay, technical, performance, and console-specific issues throughout

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience porting or adapting games for console platforms such as PlayStation and/or Xbox
• Genuine familiarity with PlayStation consoles is required, while Xbox familiarity is preferred
• Experience with PlayStation Partners or ID@Xbox developer programs is preferred but not essential.
• Professional or hands-on experience with GameMaker Studio 2, Unreal Engine, Unity, or a comparable
• Familiarity with GML, C#, and/or Python, which are commonly used within the development environment.
• Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics, game systems, debugging, testing, and performance
