🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Unity knowledge (3+ yrs) incl. C#, UI, animation, particles
• Critical thinker and problem solver; drive workflow improvements
• Experience with game production processes
• Identify bottlenecks; optimise memory, frame-rate, load times
• Analytics-driven development and A/B testing a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Strong gameplay sense and attention to detail
• Speak and write English
