🎯 Requirements

4 to 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Development, Product, Design, Art etc.)
Mobile F2P market experiences (in Design ideally), track record with a successful mobile game
A passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of core gameplay, game feel, player
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Strong leadership potential or previous team leadership experience
A data-driven approach to decision-making
