📋 Description

• Review 50/50 Seller applicants; conduct phone screenings/interviews at Arena.
• Onboard sellers and train with 50/50 Raffle Shift Supervisors.
• Manage seller schedules and payroll; apply supervisor feedback.
• Set targets and monitor seasonal progress.
• Operate 50/50 software/hardware; maintain POS devices.
• Sell tickets, promote program, and handle transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; sales-driven.
• Comfortable approaching guests with a sales pitch.
• Willing to learn 50/50 raffle software.
• Able to stand/walk 4–5 hours; punctual.
• Must be 18+ and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
