Answer radio calls promptly and provide clear feedback before dispatching parties.
Monitor status of incidents, radios, and phone systems in Dispatch.
Collect and report information to improve event day operations.
Communicate event information with required departments.
Create and populate event reports and monitor guest text systems.

🎯 Requirements

High School Grad/GED or equivalent
2 years of related experience
Experience using ISS 24/7 Incident Management System (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office
