📋 Description

• Own the A/B testing cycle for games and parameters.
• Analyze and calibrate game parameters: difficulty, scoring, payout structures.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations shaping game design.
• Build simulations and prototypes to test parameter changes; monitor live after rollout.
• Collaborate with game designers and engineers to embed data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards for Gaming and Data metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in analytical roles, ideally in gaming or data-heavy product.
• Skilled in SQL and Python; experience with large datasets.
• Strong grasp of A/B testing and statistics.
• Comfortable with simulation and modeling of game parameters.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration.
• Player-first mindset and curiosity about games and player behavior.
