Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the Gaming TA team, focusing on Türkiye but also the rest
Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring
Conduct pre-qualifications for some specific gaming positions
Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS
Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by
Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand

🎯 Requirements

Available asap or from January for a 6 months internship
A first experience in recruitment/HR
Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
Great analytical and organisational skills
Bilingual fluency in Turkish and English. Able to engage candidates locally and collaborate
