• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software (ServiceTitan a plus)
