📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including eLearning modules, Virtual Instructor-Led
• Build complete learning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, taking projects
• Develop interactive simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, knowledge checks
• Create AI-enabled learning content using tools such as Colossyan AI and other emerging
• Produce and edit instructional videos and multimedia content using appropriate production and
• Design visually engaging graphics, infographics, and learning materials in Canva while maintaining

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in eLearning development, instructional design, learning
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design frameworks, Bloom’s Taxonomy
• Hands-on proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Colossyan AI, Canva
• Experience developing simulations, multimedia learning assets, instructional videos, and knowledge
