GC GO Partner Success and Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end implementation process for new Partners, from initial platform setup through
• Travel regularly to Partner campuses to lead in-person training sessions, provide hands-on support
• Support day-to-day operations within the GC Gift Officer business unit, identifying opportunities
• Gather and communicate Partner feedback throughout implementation and beyond, identifying pain
• Manage implementation timelines, track early product utilization, and proactively communicate
• Monitor product adoption following launch, identify Partners at risk of low engagement, and develop

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS, customer success, onboarding, or operations. Early-career
• Comfortable working directly with Partners, leading in-person training sessions, and traveling
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through, with the ability to independently manage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business unit, taking initiative, moving with urgency
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, Excel, or similar tools to track implementation progress, monitor
• Genuinely curious about Partner needs, proactive in identifying challenges, and motivated to create
