Drive content health, discovery, editorial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to scale
Work with country teams and regional stakeholders to ensure high-value local content.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in content strategy, regional business strategy, or related roles.
Strong understanding of local market content trends and aesthetics.
Proactive, solutions-driven with hands-on execution ability.
Exceptional stakeholder management across regions and functions.
Experience in fast-moving environments with data-driven decision making.
Track record of managing production workflows and partnerships; Arabic language skills helpful.
