🎯 Requirements

7–10 years building production ML/back-end systems
2+ years leading while coding
Expert Python; back-end chops (FastAPI, gRPC, Postgres, pub/sub)
Agents & RAG: fluency with an agent framework (ADK preferred)
LLM prompting, retrieval design, LLM evals; time-series analysis
Cloud/ops: infra ownership on GCP/AWS/Azure, CI/CD, IaC, observability
Clear communication; explain results, align stakeholders, and docs
