General Adjuster

📋 Description

• Manage, oversee, scope and estimate large and complex commercial claims and large homeowners claims.
• Investigate and evaluate coverage and damage issues, communicating findings to customers.
• Manage and oversee other components of large and complex commercial and homeowners claims
• Manage Personal Lines files from initiation to closure, including comprehensive coverage analysis
• Handle all aspects of Commercial losses, including: Building damage claims, potential loss
• Partner with external parties (contractors, public adjusters, attorneys, etc.) and internal

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of field property claims experience
• Claims Connect/Symbility estimating experience, including personal lines and commercial line large
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Empathetic interpersonal skills
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds non-resident license if not required; meets requirements
