🎯 Requirements

• Bar admission in good standing in the position's state.
• 15+ years of legal experience, in-house leadership preferably in healthcare.
• Experience building and leading legal/compliance/privacy programs.
• Experience advising C-suite or Board on strategic and risk matters.
• Experience managing and developing legal and compliance teams.
• Passionate about improving healthcare for underserved communities.
