📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic legal partner to business leaders, identifying legal issues, evaluating risks
• Research and interpret state regulatory requirements affecting the title insurance and mortgage
• Support corporate development, financing activities, and other strategic transactions as needed.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including agreements governing

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree and active admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Substantial experience advising businesses across commercial, regulatory, and general corporate
• Experience as a broad, hands-on business lawyer in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, with
• Strong judgment in assessing risk and navigating ambiguity, with the ability to distinguish
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial organization.
