General Counsel

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate software licensing and SaaS agreements.
• Provide legal guidance to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops.
• Create and implement corporate policies to mitigate risk.
• Conduct legal research and track relevant laws and trends.
• Collaborate with external counsel on specialized matters.
• Assist with corporate governance, entity formation, and records.
• Support the General Counsel on special projects and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; bar admission.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate law and/or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract, commercial, and IP law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Experience in technology or SaaS is preferred.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
