• Partner with execs on governance, risk, and strategy.
• Guide governance, IP, and regulatory matters with risk analysis.
• Drive IPO readiness and multi-year public-company prep.
• Build scalable legal frameworks for international expansion.
• Protect IP and manage litigation, privacy, and vendor risk.
• Lead outside counsel and manage equity documentation with precision.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading a corporate legal function (GC/Deputy GC).
• Experience advising a Board and leading equity, VC financing, M&A.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity law, data privacy, and compliance.
• IP protection through patents and trademarks.
• International employment and localized compliance experience.
• Experience automating legal ops for high-velocity contracts.
