📋 Description

• Lead the global Legal and Compliance function across EMEA and the Americas
• Establish structure, priorities, standards, service expectations, and operating model
• Build and manage distributed leadership capability through hiring and development
• Set clear objectives, maintain high performance standards, address underperformance
• Establish operating cadence for legal work including intake, prioritization, workload management
• Own legal readiness for a future public-market environment including corporate governance

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional academic performance at secondary-school and university levels
• Law degree or equivalent qualification with active license to practice in EMEA or Americas
• Substantial senior in-house legal experience within a global technology or software business
• Proven experience leading distributed legal teams including managing managers across regions and
• Demonstrated ability to establish high performance standards through hiring, coaching
• Experience building, scaling, or restructuring an in-house legal function
