• Protect IP; invention assignment, trade secrets, patent strategy.
• Own compliance for physics at scale; export controls, data privacy, safety.

🎯 Requirements

• A first-principles, build-it-yourself operator; ready to lead with outside counsel.
• Strong commercial contracting experience with sophisticated enterprise customers.
• Venture financing experience; clean diligence and fundable posture.
• Working command of employment law in a fast-growing company.
• Solid grounding in IP relevant to deep tech (trade secrets, invention, open source).
• Command of the regulatory landscape (export controls, data privacy, safety).
