📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle
• Track candidates and hiring activity in Ashby, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Work with hiring managers at all levels to define hiring needs, job duties, qualifications, and
• Build sourcing strategies for every role, with a focus on passive candidates
• Screen and interview candidates, then refer the strongest to hiring managers
• Hire the right candidates, not just fill positions

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least four years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Have experience with an ATS, ideally Ashby
• Have recruited for US roles, ideally while working from APAC or EMEA
• Be comfortable working US hours and partnering with US hiring managers
• Source passive candidates with creative strategies, tools, and channels
• Use AI tools to source candidates, screen them, and write outreach
