General Liability Claim Supervisor

📋 Description

• Review, assign, and supervise multi-line claim activities to ensure compliance with corporate claim
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust assigned General Liability, Auto, and other multi-line
• Establish and oversee claim reserves for designated files, ensuring they remain within authorized
• Review medical expenses, legal fees, damage estimates, and other invoices to assess their
• Negotiate disputed bills and invoices to reach appropriate resolutions.
• Authorize and process claim payments in accordance with established procedures, industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of multi-line claims experience, including Auto claims and General Liability
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of claims handling responsibilities and procedures across relevant claim levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
• Strong analytical, investigation, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
