General Machinist/Tool and Die Maker

📋 Description

• Perform mill & lathe work: Modify and repair mold equipment, mold holders, fixtures, jigs, etc.
• Setup and Operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathe
• Perform Bench Operations such as blending, shaping, matching cavities, making capacity corrections
• Make changes in design or capacity of the molds based on customer demands

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess a General Machinist 429A or Tool and Die Maker License 430A from Ministry
• Experience with precision measuring devices, such as calipers, depth gauges and micrometers
• Machinist skills in measuring and setting up lathes
• Experience using vibrating tools, such as grinders
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
