Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations during shifts
Staffing, paperwork, food management, work to a schedule, maintain store cleanliness, marketing
Ensure adherence to standards and perfect image, customer service, attendance and punctuality
Lead by example for the crew and follow all policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

Restaurant management experience (preferred)
Some college education in related field (preferred)
Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations
Transportation to/from work
Prompt and reliable attendance
