• Oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability
• Set an example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
