• Responsible for everything that happens during shift, including all cost controls, inventory
• Must set the example and follow ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, perfect
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
