📋 Description

• Lead daily operations across service, installation, warehouse, scheduling, and sales.
• Build a culture of accountability through coaching and performance management.
• Own branch P&L and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Implement standardized processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, hire, and develop exceptional leaders and employees.
• Develop annual plans and budgets; monitor KPIs and adjust actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential or commercial home services.
• 3+ years leading multi-department operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and improve performance.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, KPIs, and metrics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Experience using business management software and Microsoft Office.
