📋 Description

• Lead operations and financial activities for assets in the Clayton area.
• Manage tenant relations, vendors, and service delivery per policies.
• Oversee vendor payments, budgeting, and financial reporting to clients.
• Coordinate construction projects and ensure timely, compliant completion.
• Oversee lease administration, reporting, and rent/CAM recovery processes.
• Lead daily and long-term team activities; coach, hire, and develop staff.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS preferred with 5-8 years of property management experience.
• Real estate license required where mandated; CPM or RPA preferred.
• MS Office (Excel); MRI and Kardin experience preferred.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, and construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop staff and drive performance.
• Ability to travel daily to properties; after-hours availability.
• English reading/writing for manuals and reports.
