📋 Description

• You are responsible for all activities during your shift: cost controls, inventory, cash control
• Lead staffing, paperwork, and adherence to store standards and policies.
• Provide direction from Assistant Manager to General Manager and ensure responsibilities are met.
• Operate equipment, manage store operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage marketing and profitability efforts within the store.

• Strong leadership, math, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication; respectful cross-cultural interaction.
• Experience with inventory, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Ability to follow policies 100% and set a positive example.
• Proficiency with basic computer/ordering systems.
• Willingness to perform multiple roles as needed.
