📋 Description

• Oversee store operations during your shift, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Lead staffing, paperwork, scheduling, signage, marketing, and adherence to standards.
• Provide orientation and on‑the‑job training; ensure excellent customer service.
• Advance from Assistant Manager toward General Manager through evaluations and training.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process orders, and maintain store
• Demonstrate leadership to foster a productive, safe, and compliant work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in store operations and staff supervision preferred; ability to multitask and manage
• Strong math, cash handling, and operational skills; able to communicate clearly with customers and
• Ability to follow policies 100% and uphold quality control and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication across cultures and teams; capable of analyzing data and making decisions.
• Physical ability to perform duties described, including standing, lifting, and driving as needed.
