📋 Description

• Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant
• Handle all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
• Set the example, follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew
• Make schedules, order product, train team members and hire

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Must be able to work weekend nights
