🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of Leadership experience in a Laboratory setting
• Proven ability to build consensus, manage diverse engineering teams, and drive accountability.
• Familiarity with FCC, EU, CB-Scheme, OSHA, SCC , and other regulatory standards, schemes and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Ability to manage a business at a profit/loss responsibility level.
