📋 Description

• Manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational
• Spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales
• Provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and
• Offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred with 5+ years of relevant
• Experience in the car rental industry is required
• Demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs and
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations
