📋 Description

• Manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational
• Spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales
• Provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development or customer service
• Experience in the car rental industry is required
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs
• Successful leadership experience in sales operations driving revenue growth and customer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
