Oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer
Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time
Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, marketing, and store profitability
Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to standards
Maintain great customer service and attendance/punctuality
Manage delivery operations, including product delivery by car

🎯 Requirements

Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Access to insured vehicle for deliveries
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to process orders
Ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen for orders
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
