General Manager

📋 Description

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability
• Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records

🎯 Requirements

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation
