📋 Description

• Report to the Senior Director of Financial Operations.
• Own a portfolio of Homeward inventory from acquisition to sale.
• Hold full P&L ownership, manage expenses, ensure profitability.
• Make final purchase-offer decisions balancing inventory risk and revenue.
• Develop expertise in inventory management playbook and address at-risk files.
• Adjust listing strategy to improve performance and reduce days on market.

• 3+ years in startup, fast-paced env, or real estate.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly.
• Strong understanding of real estate financials and data-driven decisions.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
