🎯 Requirements

5-7 years professional experience
Demonstrated P&L ownership
Passion for travel, ideally adventure
Strong management and leadership; recruit, inspire, develop non-traditional talent
Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity; building from scratch
Ability to work in the U.S.
