• Contribute to global revenue targets, affiliate partnerships and VIP services

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience at a top-tier crypto exchange, fintech, or trading platform
• Proven experiences of government relations and liaison with regulators in the region (e.g. OJK)
• Familiarity with related regulatory frameworks such as anti-money laundering (AML/CFT), data
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with external stakeholders
• Hands-on experience working with regulators and leading licensing applications or acquisitions
• Proven ability to operate in heavily regulated and competitive environments while driving growth
