General Manager, AI Data Labeling

📋 Description

• Acquire new business from AI labs and tier-1 tech firms via network outbound.
• Own enterprise sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, scoping, pricing, MSAs/SOW.
• Attend meetings/events in person as needed; build key relationships.
• Build relationships with researchers, data/infra leads, procurement, and legal.
• Own the business plan, pricing, margin targets, forecasting, budgeting.
• Report progress to senior leadership; foster accountability and rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• Primarily based in San Francisco, CA; willing to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, ideally from a top institution.
• Outgoing, social personality; ability to build relationships.
• Strong management: people, budgets, finance, operations.
• Sales & Commercials: MSAs/SOWs, pricing, margin management; AI lab relationships.
• Digital native with Google Workspace, Sheets, CRM.
