🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in strategy, operations or consulting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish; all company communications are in English.
• Sharp analytical thinking: ask right questions, break down complex problems, find solutions backed
• Business sense: think like an owner, understand what makes a company great, make good calls even
• Strong execution: drive projects forward and rally others around a shared goal.
• Versatility: switch between very different topics without losing impact.
