📋 Description

• Own the performance and operations of Vetcove's Clinic Purchasing Platform
• Lead and develop two experienced managers responsible for Account Management and Customer
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize customer needs
• Gather customer and market feedback to help inform commercial strategy, product direction, and
• Review and provide guidance on executive-facing customer materials, including proposals, business
• Continuously improve the processes, metrics, and operating rhythms used by the Account Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 8+ years of account management, relationship-based sales, or similar experience
• Previous people management responsibilities, including experience managing managers or leading
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships
• An eagerness to be involved in the details of ongoing projects, despite a high-level role &amp
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
