🎯 Requirements

5+ years leadership in commercial roofing or construction
Proven track record in revenue growth and margin improvement
Strong client relationship management and recurring revenue experience
Experience owning a P&L and delivering against targets
Ability to lead field-based teams and drive accountability
Valid driver's license; willing to travel within FL territory
