📋 Description

• Build and manage Fever Originals team for Colombia to drive growth.
• Define regional growth strategy with focus on sales, KPIs and customer excellence.
• Manage local portfolio of experiences based on data analyses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior entertainment/real estate stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close business deals with local partners.
• Define and support scalability of experiences to other cities (travel).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in project management, startup, or consulting.
• MBA from top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage with C-level executives.
