• Lead Fever Originals on the West Coast; develop and manage events end-to-end.
• Own the West Coast P&L; drive regional growth and profitability.
• Build and lead regional teams and local industry networks.
• Drive real estate deals and expand Fever’s venue network.
• Represent Fever to executives, partners, and local authorities.
• Define regional strategy with Fever teams and scale experiences to new markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management/startup/consulting track record (10y+)
• MBA from top-tier school preferred
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills; large team management
• Solution-focused; entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience managing complex projects
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to influence at all levels
• Coordinate and audit internal/external teams
• Extensive networking; build partnerships
• Advanced commercial acumen; high-value deals

• Manage large workloads and parallel workstreams
• Passion for the entertainment industry
