📋 Description

• Lead line 1 financial services risk & compliance ops at Xero
• Integrate sanctions screening, KYB/KYC, AML/CTF, monitoring, payments
• Build/operate/transfer phased function to scale regulated services
• Partner with Product, Payments, CX, Security, Legal, Risk & Compliance
• Establish governance, standards, escalation pathways
• Enhance controls and customer experience through ops excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Operational leadership in financial crime, AML/CTF, payments
• Experience scaling first-line risk functions and controls
• Understanding of sanctions, KYB/KYC, monitoring, licensing
• Vendor/partner management and SLA governance
• Data-driven decision making; comfortable with AI tools
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional partnerships
