📋 Description

• Lead the launch, establishment, and expansion of a new Forex/CFD trading brand targeting the Indian
• Develop and execute a comprehensive market-entry strategy, establishing local operations
• Take ownership of business performance, revenue generation, budgeting, and overall profit and loss
• Recruit, lead, and manage cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, customer
• Build, onboard, and maintain relationships with key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and
• Design and optimize partner commission structures, incentive programmes, and commercial

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in business development, including a minimum of five years in
• Full professional fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to lead teams, negotiate
• Strong understanding of the Indian trading market, including customer acquisition dynamics, local
• An established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners across
• Demonstrated experience launching, building, or scaling commercial operations, ideally within an
• Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop cross-functional teams while establishing performance
