General Manager, LATAM (Sales & Partners)

📋 Description

• Own the LATAM go-to-market strategy and results across direct, sell-with and sell-through motions
• Lead and grow the regional team of Account Executives and a Partner Sales Manager, and work closely
• Build a partner ecosystem that scales: select, sign and enable reseller, referral, consulting and
• Serve as executive sponsor for our largest customers, driving retention, expansion and long-term
• Forecast accurately across the direct and partner business and run a disciplined operating cadence.
• Be the voice of LATAM inside Amplitude, partnering with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience on both sides of the ecosystem, at a software company and at an agency, consultancy or
• A background in analytics, martech, data or digital experience software.
• Relationships with digital-native, fintech and retail leaders in Latin America.
• Experience launching a region or building a partner program from an early stage.
• Familiarity with MEDDICC or a similar sales methodology, and with cloud marketplaces or
• 8+ years in B2B software sales, including 5+ years leading sales teams.
